Is there a minimum number of children we can have at a party?
No, there is no minimum number of children we will service. 

Is there a maximum number of children we can have at a party?
Only two of our themes have a maximum number of children that we can accommodate.
Our Curious Cats theme has a maximum of 25 children and our Princess theme has
a maximum of 20 girls and 20 boys.

What if our guest list consists of a wide range of ages, can you accommodate that?
Our party themes page shows what ages are best for each theme.  Our parties are very successfully prepared so that all the children ages 1 to 10 are engaged in age appropriate activities and games.   We encourage any child over 10 to become "helpers".  Our fascinating games and activities have turned some of our "helpers" into participants.

Do you do “Character” parties?    
Yes, we do character parties.  We can accommodate many characters under our current themes.  For instance we can do Nemo,  The Little Mermaid, or Shark Tales with our "Under the Sea" theme. Please call us to find out if we can do your character party (210) 523-7767.

What if we have bad weather on the party day?
Rain or shine your party will go on.  We always have a rain plan available. We will only cancel the party in extreme circumstances.  Deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule on any available date. 

Why is the deposit non-refundable?
When your deposit is received we save that date and time and turn down anyone else from using that time slot including set-up and pick-up time. 

What if the number of children that attended the party is less than what I paid for?  Can I get a refund?
No, since we have already planned and prepared for your number of guests and hired additional help, refunds are not available.

Do adults have to stay for the party?
For younger children ages 1–3 it is expected that parents stay.   At this age children rely on their parents encouragement and praise and some need their parents in sight to feel secure in an unfamiliar place.  Children 4 and older should be, with your approval, to the discretion of the parent who knows his/her child best.

What happens if guest arrive late?
In order for the party to run smoothly we need to stick to our schedule.  Any child who arrives late will join the other children with the activity or game in progress. For some crafts, we will have extra materials already bagged so the late children can make the crafts at home.

Can I hire one of your characters to attend my own party?
No, our characters are only used for our themed parties. 

Can I only rent your kid sized tables and chairs?
No, all of our additional items can only be added to one of our themed parties .
